Default HELP! Gauges don't work after LED swap

So I swapped my LED's tonight, apparently that was the easy part.

I marked the all the guages locations, Gas/temp/speed/tach and when I was done, I replaced all the needles as they were when I slid them off.

Now, the speed and the tach don't function properly. They only move about 1/2 and inch, and no longer do the "sweep" when you turn the key. They just stay there.

Does anyone have any hints/tricks/experience?

Thanks in advance.

the needles are probably on too tight, you don't want to push them all the way down on top of the gauge face, push them down just enough so they stay on there.

sounds like someone has made a similar mistake, or is far far wiser than me...

that solved it. Thank you.

I agree, the needles aren't placed properly. Take them off, and place them back on.
