Default my up and down battle with my exhaust.

Since i bought my tC i have been trying to figure out the best exhaust set up for my liking

i started with no axle back for a little and i didnt like it so i put it back on.
then i went out got headers and cai so i needed an exhaust.
i got a cc s-pipe and a hks hi-power axle back.

now my first problem came when i instaled my spipe the stock gasket and bolts all snapped i was running open after the spipe and it was loud so i went to a shop they re bolted it.

then my axle back came off i fixed that my self
everything was fine but since im going FI i knew i needed to new exhaust soon so i went out and sold my hks axle back for ( $170 )

so now im getting rdy for my own tC build up. first part for me is im gonna get an exhaust.

my solution now.

im gonna have a 2.75 pipeing welded from my spipe to the side of my car .
ill have pictures these coming weeks

wat u guys think of this ideA?

Is this a full race car or a street car? I know that in Ma, you have to have a muffler. You might want to check your local laws.

If you're removing the CAT completely, the one after the S-pipe, no shop will do that b/c it's a federal law for them to have one on every car unless it didn't come with one. They will not make "test pipes" and let you leave the shop b/c you are not the only one to get fined. They can be fined up to 10K$ per car that has been worked on at their shopped and forced to close. No shop will do that for you unless they make the pipe and then put the old one back on. It's up to you to put the new one on at your house after that. Good luck.
