Last I checked the Injen wasn't CARB certified anyway (nothing to lose on that one)and ridiculous shipping charges is the new trick on eBay...the seller is only charged based upon the sale price of the item not the shipping. I've seen $200 parts sell for $1.00 with a $199.00 'Shipping and Handling' charge. Seller pays eBay fees for a $1.00 item and still sells their part for $200...common practice.
