I emailed Scion and asked them a question and they asked me to call a Scion Customer Service Advocate at 1-866-70S-CION (1-866-707-2466) so they could fully explain their answer over the phone. My issue is the toll free number does not work from my area. Does anyone have a direct line number so I can call Scion Customer Experience directly. Any help on this matter would be great.

Email them back for a direct (non-toll free) number. Or go to your local Toyota dealer and call them from there. They may be able to get you a better number to the person you need to contact. Good luck eh
