Anyone ever ordered from these guys? They have nothing but praise from people on this forums from all over the US but my order has been sitting since last tuesday. They don't answer their phone and they don't respond to my emails. I am about to just call my bank and put a stop payment on my card and order from some where else. I swear I must have the worst luck with ordering from shops.

Sounds like they don't have anything I ordered in stock but they haven't confirmed that with me. They said they would call me back end of the day today to let me know what is going on with my order. Does anyone have any suggestions for another mfg's lightened pulleys?

Looks like they only have under/overdrives for the xB -- I just wanted a lightened version of the stock size.

Ask milesm4 about his perrin pulley and resulting engine rebuild

He's not a pulley fan altogether (any manufacturer) as a result... but his Perrin pulley did some major damage to his xB.

But, Foths got the perrin sponsorship and I the ZPI, so you know who we like

And milesm4 had forced induction. There is another brand out of Arizona, I'll have to look it up for you. And correction, I HAD a Perrin sponsorship, my contract completed 2 weeks ago.

EDIT, the other brand I had seen in Roswell was NST. Didn't realize they only do underdrive/overdrive.

Good luck in your search!

I am not sure what you ordered but shoot me an email, PM or AIM @ kennystrickler. Some of our items are on backorder others are not. We do pride ourselves in being here for our customers. We have had shipping issues in the past as this is no secret but sometimes keeping the supply up with the demand is not the easiest thing to do.

Phones have been an issue lately as Keisha no longer works here and we need another phone girl in the worst kinda way..

Get with me tomorrow and I can assure you we will get you taken care of.

Thanks

-Kenny

I am not trying to start a flame thread here. I was just looking for some input on getting ahold of the ZPI people. I just got them on the phone and cancelled my order.
