did they replace your blower? if so, have you had recurring problem with another oil leak? if so, at how many miles?

Man you have an oil leak with your Supercharger? Was it cause by your header?

 

i honestly dont think so..i wrapped it real good the week after it was put on. also, there hav been cases of completely stock setups having the oil leak issue. my tech told me to put the stock header back on so there wouldnt be any bsing with warranty stuff. good news is i am getting warrantied!

the other s/c tc owner at the dealership has a header and the nst 9.5lb pulley on there and he's got prolly twice as many miles on it than i hav on mine and he has no problem with his.

 

I'm putting the NST 9.5lbs pulley on. I hope to don't run into any problems at all!

 

I had stock S/C nuthing on it, and I got an oil leak. YES they did replace my blower, This was about 600 or so miles ago. So far its acting good.

 

I've had my Supercharger for a little over 1,000 miles now with no problems at all. Not expecting any problems any time soon. But taking a risk with the NST pulley.

 

yeah my blower got the oil leak with only 4000 miles on it. trying to see if any warrantied owners had a recurring problem

 

Where is the oil leak located?

 

same as most of them..from where the shaft meets the blower

 

Hey Tong I think I saw some oil residue on your blower near your shaft. I didn’t know what it was but check it.

 

Yeah...i better take a closer look at it. My mounting bracket is okay though....____ this better not happen to me.
