I go out this morning to find that the passenger side mirror on my 3 week old TCM box had been snapped off. AAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!! :cry:

According to a note left on my car by a neighbor, the cops caught the kids who did it. So I'm definitely filing a report. Luckily, the mirror housing, glass, and wiring are all intact. I just need to get the black plastic mount replaced - which I'm sure will set me back a few $$$. (But at least the duct tape holding it up right now goes well with TCM :P )

just replace the whole unit at the dealer.... their parents will gladly cover the costs... trust me....

Hopefully the door didnt get scratched and yes the parents are responsible for the damage shouldn't cost you a dime :!: good luck in the future, maybe parking on the street wasn't a good Idea. I'd never trust the Box outside the shop especially not in the street.
