I broke one of these today would anyone know if they would be under waranty?

The black thingy. I was goosin it and when I hit second I heard a bogole crack and the shifter fell limp......It popped out and fell behind the white plastic base where its supposed ot be. It broke most of the right side off......Thank you God! That it had enough left to pop back on and get me home! lol but I wasbein all cautious with it and
drove home without my huge ole hunk of steel for a shifter so I wouldnt put any preassure on it and when I got home my palm was all sliced up from the sharp threads of the shifter lol

 

If you broke it, sorry to say, you have to pay for it.
