Anyone have Graphix on their TC?? Street Candy is selling some cheap graphics!! What is your opinion on them?? I like these..

What the hell guys?! The car is 2 Plain!! theres nothing on the car..Its 2 plain..the Decals are like 40.00 and easy 2 install..and Look hella good, Is it the graphics them selfs? or the car isnt made for it..It just looks f in plain!?! :?

You didn't ask if you SHOULD do it so if I HAD to choose one, it would be the third one although the graphics on the one from CarDomain is ok too. I hate the first two.

if it looks plain, wait for a nice subtle body kit, do some tinting, or lower it. whatever you do, don't put some nasty-___ sticker on your car. you will bring shame on all tC owners.

It was only a matter of time before someone started thinking about graphics. If you have to get them, get some custom made. I hate when people just buy generic graphics. Do something that compliments the body lines of the car. Tribal, flames,and dragons are way overdone and looked like crap from the get go. Have you thought about paint? A nice two-tone paint job is tons better than graphics and sits very well with judges at car shows. Stop and think about what you're doing to your car before you do it. If you see it on tons of other cars, then something should trigger in your head that it's not new and inventive so let me go a different direction. That's just my 2 cents. I really hope I dont see many riced out tC's but it's only a matter of time. :roll:

I agree, I too am hoping that a lot of people are not going to rice up their TC, but being it is a younger person's car, I know it will happen. I am just hoping since it is such a new car, maybe some people won't want to make their brand new car look like $hit, like they do to used cars. This is the same reason why I could never bring myself to buy a Civic...too much rice on the roads.

Graphics Suck.. Period.. end of disscussion... We have the lame ___ Fast and Furious movies to blame for the blatent lack of taste and elegence shown in a LARGE portion of todays import enthusiasts. Why would anybody want there car to look like a hot wheels or matchbox car... Its just sad.. Remember the 80s when cars came from the factory with all those lame ___ body graphics? I mean wtf is that all about. Why the hell would that style be actually prevalent today? its horrible I say DOWN WITH GRAPHICS..!!! Maybe just some simple small vinyl sticks of the tuner parts on ur vehicle but even that has to be done with care and proper placement.. god, I really hate graphics they look like a big steamy bowl of sh!t on rice... Period...

I kinda like that ghosted "SCION.COM" on the car above. Maybe that combined with a big ghosted "tC" or Scion logo on the side would be nice. I think the big Scion logos on the xBs look nice on the right color.

I don't like them, save your $40 for something else. A little more can get you a TRD shift knob... if you have a 5spd.

I do custom graphics and decals and i think the TC looks better w/o graphics but if your going to get graphics.. just get something that goes with the car and the doesnt look like its been slap on like it didnt belong there at all... heres something that i did so you can i kinda of get an idea i guess...

There are 2 steps that can give you the look that you want, without getting made fun of, called ricey, etc etc... Here are the steps:

1. Save Money
2. Custom Paint

Edit: Actually, I have a good analogy as well...

Think of graphics like hubcaps... Yeah, you can get 4x "Chrome" or whatever hubcaps for your car for like $10... Or you can get some nice wheels + tires for $400+... Big money differance yes... But look at the results...

Graphics = $10 Pep Boys Hub Caps
Paint = Sweet rims+tires that make it look like you actually care about how your car looks

If you do it, get them custom made and get them to accentuate the body lines.

$40 is gunna get you ____...bottom line

goto a good, well known shop that can custom make em to your car and show you exactly what it will look like. Expect to pay around $200...last time I did my prelude it was almost $400 cuz I had like 200 individual things that had to be put on by stages and it took like 3 days.

I think the lettering on this car fits a little better

You don't need to spend big $$$ on paint, spend a hundred or two and have the graphics custom made. That generic stuff fits all cars and NO cars at the same time, puke!
