Today I thought I had done something to my fender, however it was just 2 exposed bolts that are highly visible in the wheel well that attach the ground effects to the body. Anyone else annoyed by this? It's on the last quarter of the wheel well as you're going toward the bumper. I'm sure I'll get over it. I just thought they could have put those more on the inside instead of that close to the edge .

put it this way- Im GLAD toyota put a heavy duty bolt, rather than a cheezy-___ clip. Alot of Toyota's have the same set-up....And yes- YOUR BEING TOO ANAL.....

Im probably as anal as you- but trust me after a craked windshield on a two-week old car- i have better things to worry about...

I don't know those bolt areas, but get it checked. There was a guy that saw two loose bolts or something... He drove with them still loose and his shroad caught a puddle and it got messed up. He took it to the dealer and the dealer was like "It's not covered."

Not sure if ur talking about me, but I lost my shroad, and ya, they will tell you it's not covered 'cause theyre douches. Get it checked ASAP.

it's not loose I checked that, it's just the fact that it's exposed in plain view on the outside.. That's the only thing i'm noticing/wondering why they did it that way, but if they put it in that place because that was the strongest place to put it then I'm happy with that a couple of bolts showing is better than no bumper.

I noticed those too, almost right away. I plan to swap them out with something less...obtrusive, but that project is way down the list.

Lost part of my lower grill (the three piece part at the very bottom) to a puddle.

Dealer order a new one and slapped it on. No questions asked.

I would say your being a bit too anal, those bolts are barely noticeable unless your really looking. Then again my box is black and the bolts are black so they blend in pretty well.

maybe its time to lower your box, and stop being anal!! :D Freaking anal scion owners. Lower your box!!

Ya, I showed it who was in charge...not me.

Honestly, I don't think you're being anal, but I do think you should get it checked. My shroad wasn't loose either, until it was dragging on the road. Get it checked, you don't want to lose it and hear "Haha, of course your bumper is NOT covered under your bumper to bumper coverage, stupid consumer."
