Blue_Batmobile 07-28-2004, 06:50 AM Here's my Eyelid Overlay for the Headlights. I like this one because it draws less attention to the lid itself and more towards the headlights! I will smoke the sidemarkers next :).

but if your intent was not to not draw attention to them, some of the picture make it look like it will draw more attention as they now look like dark eyebrows.

is that equivalent to 30% tint for windows? speaking of tint, how is the application process? just spray soapy water, peel and stick? gotta know so can wait until i install these before i wax my car ;)
you know... might be a late observation... but i always thought that the eye brows were the turn signals... it's just a reflector huh?

3/10 meaning 1 being lightest, 10 being darkest. Soap and water to position them, work out the water and air bubbles with a squeegy ;). Durable stuff, thicker than actual tint :).

Blue_Batmobile 09-10-2004, 07:51 AM My Overlays are made from 7 Year High Performance Vinyl, the best stuff for this application. It's not too thick like some of the material you see out there, so it's more pliable and easy to work with. It is not Window Tint material, nor is it Static Cling. I offer 2 shades of Smoke, a standard 6/10 and a lighter 3/10. Light output is affected very little by either one which is a big plus!
