I had such great support from SE Chicago and many others from the Great Lakes region this past year that I wanted to start spreading the word here as well as on the Plains forum.

I'm not really feeling the more then one day shows. I may try to round of a crew from SE-I though.

 

All three days are not required. You can show up for only what you want.

I try to make it three days so it's worth coming for all those who drive a longer distance.

YAY NEW FLYER!

 

First off what am i chop liver alex i went out with you as long as Fuji last year.
And Alex a.k.a. Grizz You can count on Scikotics Chicago to be there for sure. How can i pass up another trip out to my alma mater.

so this will start on friday the 11th? causei would have to take the 11 & 12th off of work if so!

 

i may be in spain. but if not, we'll see what happens :D
and if its like last year, friday is a meet/greet and light contest, then sat show and something, then sunday a wrap up.
alex (grizzly) did a great job w/ the event last yr, so the drive, though it sucks, is worth it.

 

C'mon man! The beauty of Western Illinois and Eastern Iowa are only rivaled by the beauty of Western Iowa and all of Kansas/Nebraska! HA!

The layout of the schedule will be much the same as it was last year. Yes, Friday night will be the welcome party/night show and although tons of fun, is purely optional for those looking to show the next day. We will be doing a sign up list, but all registration will be done on Saturday morning.

I have something mildly cool happening on Friday night though and it should be a really good time.

well this looks like fun..i would not mind making the trip up there for once since i have not leave chicago for any shows..

 

its a good time. i dont know if i can do it yet, but if i can i would do it again.
i liked the location of the hotel we stayed at too. in between show and .... um.... downtown? i guess u could call it that

Dates are final, so you can be safe asking for them off...I know I have, this show is a lot of fun, Alex does a great job putting it on, and this year he has minions to do some of his work for him, so who knows what he'll come up with...

If you want to come for only one day, the day to be there is Saturday, its the actual show, Last year we had a blast, this is the fourth year for the show and every year just keeps getting better!

 

this past show was my first major show, my first road trip in my new car and i had a blast. i cant wait to do it again!!!
