I'm installing my HID kit right now and I just need to know...on the OEM harness...the orange one......which prong is positive, and which prong is negative? Or on the back.....which wires are pos and neg....theres a white one with a black stripe on both, and then the left harness has a green wire, and the right harness has a red wire. I just don't know which is which but I'm all done as soon as someone answers this for me!! Please answer asap thanks!!

Passenger side: red to grey, black to white
Drivers side: red to red, black to white

if you wire it backwards they won't work. Simple way to tell you've got it wrong. When i installed mine i didn't have any diagrams or anything and found this out first hand. So just wire it up, if it dosen't work, then bam, you've got em' backwards......

 

they're on.....i was just scared something would backfire and spark somewhere but good to know! thanks for the help.

rippin...whered you mount your passenger side ballast? i cant find anywhere to put it.....

 

at this point of my tiredness.. i am going to say.. wherever it fits..

 

If you haven't found a spot yet, I mounted it exactly the same way as in that link I put up. I'd take a pic, but I don't have access to a camera right now. There is a bar down there that is perfect to mount the ballast, you can't miss it. Just use double-sided foam tape.
