Default ProLumen 8000K HID kit **PICS**

Picked these up from the JLevi GB on here. Shipping was really fast and they were $275 shipped. Installation was very easy. Installed them on my lunch break from work...

Prolumen 8000K HID kit in the stock headlight housing. I was suprised how blue they came out in the pictures. They really dont look that blue when you see them with your own eyes. They look purple sometimes. When you pull up behind a white car the reflection looks blue though. I think because they are so bright your eyes cant make out the true color when looking at them directly. Anyway, they are bright as hell and visibility is great...

Silverstars vs. HID

Look at that crisp cut-off... j/k

In this pic the color is wierd. This was taken with a different camera and the settings were wrong for night time...

This ballast is mounted inside the fender... Ignitor is mounted to the front of the fuse box on the bottom...

This is the other ignitor hiding in the fender near the coolant tank. The other ballast is mounted next to the windshield washer fluid tank spout. No pic.

They are from JLEVI here on scionlife. They look really blue in the pics but they arent that blue in real life. They are more of a purple

looks good - i think 8k's are the best - but its 100% a personal thing - 6500's are great for white light - 8ks for a tad of blue. If anybody wants to know how those lights look - look at his garage door pic - thats the truest pic compared to the actual color.

My fogs are PIAA LED driving lamps. There are 3 white leds and 1 blue led in each lamp to give it the HID color.
