I'm in. I've never been snowboarding and haven't skied since I was 16 (I grew up in Crystal's shadow down in Buckley).

Mo also wants to learn how to snowboard. If you guys decide to go up, we'll tag along and take lessons from the ski instructors.

I'll go as long as I'm not stuck with a bunch of people learning to snowboard. I've been subjected to that too often.

fat girl + snowboard = either speed accelerator or anchor weight depending on the incline....

But I'll go!...and Jenna...you won't be stuck with Mo or I...I'll leave the pain & agony of teaching us snowboarding to the ski instructors!!!

My brothers have lots of snowboarding equip that's too small for them now (since they're each over the 6' mark and still growing) so if you want to borrow their old boards & bindings, I'm sure you could just keep them since they can't fit into them any more.

In terms of lessons...I'm not sure. I know Crystal has had a $99 special the past few years that covered 3 days of rentals, one 4 hr lesson, two 2 hours lessons, and lift passes for 3 days. That was their intro package. I'm sure they have similar deals at other resorts.

I'll be up at Stevens and Snoqualmie pretty often this Winter, as well as baker and Whistler. I'd be down for a snow day wherever, just as long as I can find I ride so I don't have to bring the precious tC lol...

Innertubes are the craziest thing on the mountain... its like taking your car on the freeway without brakes or a steering wheel while riding on the hood...

I take it you've never been to baker. World leader in snow fall, the parks are cut every day of the week, and there is an abundance of excellent back country.
