They both lower 1", both promise 'stock' ride (or better), and they both sell for around $160. But, which one is better?

But, if you don't wanna have any type of issue at the dealership, go with the TRD. VividRacing 07-29-2004, 06:49 PM I would say Tein or Goldline. The goldline is a 2" drop though. It really depends what you are looking for. I personally hate to buy anything from a dealer, but that is just me. I can get you the H-Techs shipped for less than 160 WileECoyote 07-31-2004, 04:00 AM I know a guy who swapped his TRD springs for TEINs. The TEINs drop the car a little lower, but rider softer. He said the TRDs were pretty stiff. He did note that the TEINs have more body roll though. I'd get EIBACHs over TEINs. I don't plan on racing the car, and the EIBACH's progressive spring rate would be nicer to my behind than a linear rate spring. It's all preference though. A friend of mine is installing his EIBACHs this weekend though. After I ride it, I'll let you know what I think. superjeer 07-31-2004, 04:24 AM I'm pretty sure I remember people compaining about the TRD's stiff ride. The Htechs I have and are nice. like budda |
