Alright you guys i found some preaty cheap HID's. Just wondering if it is worth it. What are the consequences and etc.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HID-X...43425231QQrdZ1

I don't know ... ebay is a good place to get a lot of things, but I didn't get my lights off ebay. The lights should work, but you'll have to get H1 (not really sure but I know it has an H!). The seller DOES have 100% satisfaction and a really high number, I would say it's ok?

Fake...

Real...

the big no-no right there. Their trying to mock the "OEM" philips/hella gen3 ballast.
you see the difference in the connections and the name is the big part. Its not HALLW its HELLA.

so dont be cheap when it comes to your car! You have to pay to play.

^^I guess the proof is in the pudding, hahaha (I have always wanted to say that for real), I defintely didn't notice the HALLW which is crazy, and I guess that's what they go for. Eh. xtralights.com - waterproof, 2 yr warranty, fast delivery. That's where mine are from and they rock.

i wouldnt buy hids off of ebay...i would get them from a reputable site first off. HIDExtra, DDM Tuning or Meng MOtorsports. at least way you know WHO youre buying from. secondly, 10k and 12k will definately be very blue but you will sacrifice a LOOOOOOOT of light. what i mean is that you will have less useable light from 10k or 12k than you do your stock halogen bulbs and in the rain, forget about seeing anything. 4300k or 6000k is the way to got for sure with aftermarkey hid's. 8000k will be blue enough i think and you will still be able to see pretty good but I would never go higher than 8000k.
