This replaced my tc!.........
That's cool and all, but i'm afraid that in two years, the money you pay for gas will probably equal what you sold your tC for. And with the gas price rates now, I seriously wouldn't doubt it.

i can believe that! A guy i went to school with was into real estate and whatnot. By the time he graduated high school he was close to being a millionare. No lie! He's now 20yrs old and has 2 Bently GT's and a couple of BMW's and Mercedes.
Ive been thinking about getting into real estate for a while now!!! but i just dont want it to all come crashing down on me later on.

Must be niiice. Congrats though I would not have gone with a hummer. I can't wait til I can afford the Audi A8. Which is like ever (thanks a lot A&M engineering). I'm proud of you for doing so well so young, that is amazing and you don't hear of it very often.
Congrats man. A kid at my school just bought a brand spankin new GTO. He used to work for his dad's record company when he was little. Saved his money, turned 17, got a license and bought that. I'm workin 20 hours a week plus school and I'll have a tC while this guy doesn't have a job and has a GTO.
Does this mean that you got the tC sold? Anyway, the fact that you pay for everything is very impressive. You do a very good job of making me feel lazy and underachieving. On the topic of youth wealth, there was a kid in my math class last year who played online poker and made $50K in a year, then just... stopped. He didn't lose, nothing- he started with $50 and increased it a thousand fold and then just stopped it!
hey man congrats on the car. though i personally wouldnt have bought it, good job on your succes. and buying a house will be your smartest investment ever. i truly give you props on knowing how to spend money. btw, what exactly do you do? do you actually sell houses or are you a loan coordinator?
