By perfectly, I mean slap it on and go. And conversely, which lips, if any require some degree of cutting or other modifications to fit correctly with stock fogs. And telling me to go wide those side vent fogs is not an accecptable answer. I don't want to hear none of that jive talkin'...

 

i don't think there is any lip out there that would interfere with your stock fogs.. it's mounted under the fogs.

 

You can see in the pics that center part comes in too far, so to work with the stock fog lights you would have to cut it. So the Toyota front lip would be your only option that does not req cutting
