I would like to organize a Header Test.

I would like to do this in the next 2 weeks.

I will need donors of other headers.
DC SPORTS
AW
STRUP

Did i miss anyone else?

Everyone is welcome to come check out the test and document it all.

I would be doing this on a saturday, in south san francisco.

I would like to see who is down to come and donate a header .
anyone know any of the above manufacturers to donate a header for a test?

 

How's the test going to be performed? Back to back dynos on a stock tC? Will you be posting sound and/or video clips? Good luck, I'll be watching.

 

someone has to be doing the video and stuff i will be doing back to back dyno's.

i will test any of them.. just need to get the headers there.

If you'll be comparing them to your setup, you may want to include S-Pipes for AW's, Strup's, and DC's header.

Otherwise there is no real comparable data. I'm not knocking ya'll in any way, after all I did buy one from you guys :p But it's true.

 

i would only liek to compare apples with apples.. It would make perfect sense to dyno with s-pipe.

 

will the donor get the header or headers back after the test ?

or be offered a credit towards the purchase of your header?

 

you will get your headr back. we can offer a discount on our header if you would like.

 

yea deffinetly run your s-pipe or another companies s-pipe with all the headers that don't come with s-pipes, like yours does to get a fair comparison. if not yours will obviously win by quite a margin.

I got a DC Header sitting dead in my garage. Don’t mind driving down either cuzz you guys got some things I want.

I wouldn't mind seeing which headers are better for supercharged applications. I heard that the way the TRD flash is set up kinda makes getting a header questionable (ie loss of power).
