It's not available in the US. Emissions standards are different. Also we may be running different CPU's than the bB, ist, Vitz.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there something that didn't really work right with the Scions? Something with the computer?

im on the site now. 56% increase in hp on a stock motor? thats something. and the price aint bad either. if my calculations are correct (and correct me if im wrong) that kit thats on http://www.turbo-kits.com/xB_turbo_kits.html increases the horsepower from 108 to 168. of course i might be off on my computations. :? but still if im right thats fantastic. thats right up there with the tC's stock ponies. the box will move with some authority with the kit. 8) now i just got to tinker with the tranny.....

For that 2,700 bucks! It is definately worth it expecially if it claims a 56% increase in power. My turbo kit on my xb probably has about a 60% increase and boy that money was well worth it. SO MUCH FUN!

Greddy Kit-$2195

Special Note: Scion xB / xA Turbo Kit requires A'pexi S-AFC or GReddy eManage for USA ECU Fuel Tuning.

Do you have any track times for your car? How does she launch?

And.....? How is it? That's a tease! Thinking about the power output, the box and the A weigh about 600-700 pounds less than the tC and if the horsepower is about the same as well as the gearing, how fast would that put the two cars in the quarter? 0-60? Makes me drool!

Question is is anyone gonna make lower compression pistons for the 1NZ? With the 10.5:1 Compression you cannot run that much boost. 7 pounds is bareable, but I'd want more. We need a 9:1 or 8.5:1 Piston to up the boost.

I have been looking everywhere for this...

You can get custom crower rods for around 700. Then custom pistons from 500 - 800

I guess you guys missed EL Prototypes saying they make that stuff already?? :)

They make them to order for you, in whatever compression ratio you want...

AAAAAAAAAh! I haven't been on here in months and look now. This place has gone crazy! look at all the Turbo's and SC's. i am going to go out of my mind. Please evryone that has forced induction feel free to post everything, down to the most minute detail, that you notice about your system. If you ever wanted attention you have mine. I will never tire of listening to rants abput your turbo or supercharger, until I get my own of course. which may be a while. The greddy says it is JDM, so is it the actual Japanese trubo? i have and xA and my brother has an xB. I figure the kits should almost be identical but some if the peices might be shaped differently to fit in the different spaces of the two cars. I dont know though they both look like they should fit in either one.

Ok, I was looking at the http://www.turbo-kits.com website and they show the same exact specs on hp gain and % everytime they use a garrett turbo. I think the HP gain show in just generic, I dont think that is exactly what you get. Look at some of the other turbo kits and all the garretts whether a t20 or t25 or whatever and they list the same specs. i dont think all the cars have exactly the same gain especailly with different models. This makes me very wary. Look at the garrett for the eclipse http://www.turbo-kits.com/eclipse_turbo_kits.html. Same exact specs listed on the right. All the garretts list the same gains so how do we know that they are real gains
?

Mine hasn't arrived yet, but it'll definately gain that much. The numbers are just an estimate. Most kits are set @ 6psi. With proper fuel management, and an intercooler (which they have) and a properly sized turbo (which they determine for each application) you should see between 9+wHP per psi. This is only an estimate. The quotes on other TSI kits from other sites say 56%+. The guys with 7th generation Civics, who also have the problem with a returnless fuel system, have used these kits and said they are excellent.

We'll see when mine arrives. Expect loads of pictures, and explicit write up, and a whole lot of information.

Don't forget dyno's... it'll be on one as long as I can get the kit in by the 28th.

Almost magically, I received a call from Jesse @ Turbokits.com just after the post... he gave me a tracking number. The kit shipped FAR earlier than expected and is already in-state. It delivers Thursday.

Found a post on xBclub about it... no details... or price... just said under 3k... and he quoted the wrong size turbo. They are not t25's, only t20s for the Scion kit. No upgrades are offered by TSI on the t20 kits...
