does anyone know how many volts it should be running to the battery? when i tested with a multimeter i got 13.7 so i called toyota and asked and the guy said that is fine.

battery hasnt died or anything i was just wondering since its still under warranty rather get it fixed now than wait a few years and be screwed with no warranty

 

13.6 is generally accepted as the correct charging voltage on any car

 

cool thank you people were telling me it should be around 14.4 and i believed them since my amp gave me power ratings at 12v and 14.4v

 

It may go up to 14.4v when at high rpms. Another standard some amp makers use is 13.8v, and many amps also state output down to 10.5v.
