Hi, people!

Some of us have gotten e-mails that have our nick names instead of our 'legal' names on the ticket confirmations. That won't fly (pun intended).

The name on the tickets MUST match the name on your government issued picture ID.

If it does not, you will likely NOT be able to board the flight.

Here's the rule:
Customer Name/ID - Customers' full first and last names are required in all bookings. Additional security information about the customer may be required by government agencies and Travel Service Provider should ensure that the PNR satisfies the applicable government requirements, including that the customer's name in the reservation matches customer's name as it appears on customer's passport or government issued photo identification.

If the name on your flight information does NOT match the name on your picture ID, you need to get that fixed ASAP, or you will not be flying.

I am making the reservations off of a list that has been provided to me...I don't have access to any other documents. If you notice a name error, please contact me ASAP so that I may advise the airline.

I don't write 'em, I just read 'em. *MY* guess would be that the missing III would be OK, but the safest might be to call the airline and ask.

and when i sent in my reg stuff and every thing i put III but i guess they dont listen to me :(

Chrisie is working from the "winner's list" similar to the one Darren put up, and has no idea what we put on our actual release forms. She wasn't even aware that there were more complete 'legal names' provided. She's just working with what she was given.

yeah went i sent darren back my return info on when i wanted to return i sent it with the III at the end my folks said i should be aight ... how you doin tom u ready to party.?

Does anyone know how long it's suppose to take for the e-mail conformation (I was on the 4th wave and I am assuming my paperwork was received on Monday)?

need to get mine changed, will call in the AM and get it fixed.

No real idea, Slim - it seems to be random, and not really following any pattern. It's not alpha, its not by which list, it's not by location, etc.

I'll let those 'in charge' know that if nothing else we need to know when they have sent all current ones out, so anyone who SHOULD have received one but didn't can let them know. Hope that's OK. Best I can do.

Thanks a lot Tom. I actually received my conformation this morning. Now I need to work on getting the flight preference that I requested a while ago. I am assuming that I should just contact Chrissie like everyone else.
