Does anyone know if the Tein Hood Dampers for the xB work on the xA?

Or...does anyone make any besides redline tuning? which by the way i think i noticed that in fact, redline and tein are the same price because you only get one damper with the redline product.

Um, ya, thats not true about the Redlines. You get a pair and they are truly half the price of the Teins.

The xB uses 2 struts, not one. In your first post you asked if the struts for the xB would work on the xA, That's what we were referring to.

 

my bad...i meant that the xA set from redline has one.

so if i bought two xA sets from redline it'd be the same price as the set from tein's xb set. so i was wondering if tein's xb set would fit on the xA because if i'm going to pay that much i'd rather get the tein set.

The sets are designed for each specific car. I don't think they would work, but it doesn't hurt to email them and ask, I have the redlines on my xB and tC, great product!

kool hey guys what can i use something strong to lift my hood pretty much its like 3-4 times heavier than stock!!!!

 

My hood is quite a bit heavier than stock because of all the added metal and they still lift it fine.

You might need something stronger though with Mercedas hood.
