All summer I’ve been planning to buy an xA. Just waiting for some major projects to wrap up first. Then I had this dream last night.

I was test-driving an xA for the third time. This one was a deep blood red, like a pomegranate seed. It was automatic, and it was much more powerful than the auto I tested in real life (I still plan to buy a manual). The salesman hung on to the dash as I gunned it off the lot and out a long, straight road. When it came time to brake, surprise! The power was not working. I had to stand on the pedal forever just to slow down. I nearly rear-ended the car in front. I swerved hard to the left to go around it, missing the bumper by inches. The salesman was horrified. We made it back to lot, with me standing hard on the brake at every stop. Then the sales guy walks me across the street to a Ford dealer and emphatically asks them to show me a ZX3. Then I woke up.

Funny, at one point I was actually considering a ZX3. I looked at one but did not have time to drive it that day. Then, a few weeks later, I saw a shiny new one broken down on the highway. Haven’t been back to the Ford dealer since.

I actually considered a ZX3 a few years ago, after my Tercel died, but decided against it and instead got a piece of crap Mitsubishi Galant. The Green Turd, my friends and I called it. Then it died, and now i'm blessed with my Polar White xA :D

I had a bad dream the other night too, I dreamt that a cop car crashed into my baby while it was parked somewhere in a big city. The cops wouldn't believe me when I said it was one of their own that mauled my car!!! I woke up very upset at "the man" :x Cause you know in real life a cop would never admit to something like that.
