naa paul, I didnt play in the tourney. It was a bunch of lil snot nosed kids lol. I saw the kid who won, he is goin to some regional tourney now or somethin. I just went to pick it up at midnight and shot back home to play. I had never played a SSB game before in my life and had to see what all this hype is about lol.

hey guys. i'm pretty sure this question has been asked already in this topic, but i don't feel like going through about 30 pages to find the answer. so my quick question to you guys is:

i just rented big brain academy: wii degree. well, when i go to play it, it asks me to update my system. is there any way i can play WITHOUT having to update the system? the reason i'm not updating it, is because the system is not mine. a friend let me borrow it so i don't want to do anything to mess it up and besides, it's modded.

well she had her wii "modded" meaning there's a chip in there that allows her to play burned/copy games.

^^ i dont know bout that one. but to play the game it does need to be updated. all your doing is upping the Wii software.

then again burned games is wrong anyways :-P

I love it. I think its awesome how they have some of the old levels from previous games.

Just got my WiiFit today. It is fun and some of the things are quite tough. Very cool toy for the Wii.

Wii Fit is in stock at Amazon; that's where my friend got his. He picked up Mario cart last week too. It's pretty sweet to play using a DLP projector instead of a TV too. The characters are life size!!

my sis has a wii fit and uses it everyday. i gotta admit its pretty damn cool, some of the balance tests and exercises they have on there are pretty tough and you really do get a workout.

i cant find Wii fit anywhere except craigslist...

if u try trading it in for store credit in any video game store u wont get much for the sytem maybe the games but u still can play the games u like from the cube to the wii

the one thing i do want to do with the wii is either mod it with a chip for i can play import games from japan or just get the cd program for i can do that japan as so much more games for the wii than we do here.

Same here, i think i'd have to say the N64 is my all time favorite system, or maybe tied with dreamcast. My friends and I just broke out the N64 last weekend. We got some intense mario party and some Wayne Gretzky 3D hockey going on. I have to say, those game are still a lot more fun/competitive than most games now. It was the most fun i've had in a while
