Just curious, if anyone knows more then my dealership about "when" the RS4's our going to be coming in Southeast. My dealership is really dumb when it comes to Scions, they even call me sometimes for help. But, I see they are all over the rest of the US, except for Southeast Toyota region. I was told, they were in port in Jacksonville, but missing all there tail lights, that's whats holding them up for Florida, Georgia, Alabama, etc. I even contacted Scion, to no avail. This will be my 3rd Scion and I'm the MOST excited over this one, been waiting over a month now, thought I'd have mine at least 2 weeks ago I know patience is a virtue and I am NOT at all virtueous, lol.

Any help would be appreciated!

Why not go to another state and buy one? Taxes may be an issue but at least you'll get your hands on one.

 

I was thinking of driving to Gulfport, but we are trading in hubby's Tundra on it, so we'll have two xB's and the gas to Gulfport in that truck would be expensive. I guess I have to just wait.

 

Well, they are finally coming in starting 11/29, now I have a different problem. They are all coming thru w/ ALOT of extras, leather (which doesn't match at all), wheels, park pilots, dual headrests, etc. I just want the basic one, no extras.

Is it possible, for my dealership to remove all this stuff, that the port put on???

No...they cant take anything off...dealers add those things at the port because they cant mark scions up...but, if they add equipment at the port there is more profit. I have an RS4 coming in that lists for 17,6XX something if you're interested...it hasnt been spoken for yet. We are in st louis....

Well, mine will be here tomorrow w/ only cruise and arm rest added, but I'm not getting it after all this trouble. They don't want to give us enough for either our Tundra or my xB and we're not going to be upside down $8,000. Oh well!

 

Mine is only coming with the armrest. Hopefully it will be here tomorrow also.

 

Take your trade in to Carmax and sell it to them. I was in the same situation in July when I got my xB. Toyota dealer offered me $1500 for my old jeep . I went to Carmax and they took it for $3500. Went back to Toyota and got my box

Just got back from my dealer. Nothing yet. He did say SET is only getting 160 of them. Can anybody confirm?

 

go to ur dealer's website and do a search of inventory for the xb. it will show what is available and what is coming in.

 

I made money on m Aerio at Carmax. Wonderful place to sell your car with no hassles. Unless your dealer smoked crack that morning and has impaired judgement, Carmax will always give you a better trade/sale value.

Should I be worried? I can't find my VIN Number on any of the RS4's listed in the SET Inventory.
Also the last numbers of my VIN are 1186xx and the ones they show in inventory are all 119xxx or 120xxx. Leads me to beleive mine should have been released already. Any Opinions guys?

 

SET holds them at port until there is one for every dealer. My contact told me they should be coming in this week....which means they are about 2 weeks away :sigh:

 

My guy told me there are only 160 going to the 300+ dealers in theSET region meaning that some dealers may not even get any.

 

Um, my dealer has 3 sitting there now, 1 was "supposed" to be mine. Much nicer in person, I'm still REALLY mad I'm not getting one. My salesman called me, to let me know, even though I can't get it now. He knew I still wanted to see it.

The first "set" of these were released on the 29th, 3 dealerships by me have there allotment already. Next set is 4th, don't know where they're going though.

CXT~Yours should be at your dealership now, mine was also a 118#, and it's been at my dealership since yesterday, when I went to see it after work.

 

The where supposed to call me as soon as it came in. I went by yesterday afternoon and they didnt have it. My salesman was hoping it would of came in yesterday also so that it would help him with his November sales. LOL
