Are you guys wanting to do a Christmas meet/gift exchange this year? If so do we want to try a restaurant this year or should I try to rent out the clubhouse at my apt complex? If so, should we do a pot luck?

If we decide to do this at our complex, I will need to know the date at soon as possible

I voted for not at all this year...After today I'll be working 17 hour days for the next 25 days. It will pretty much eat-sleep-work.
I'm game for a post-Christmas meet/gift exchange event, after the first of the year though.

I voted for the 8th cause I know I am off...I'm doing a cookie exchange/drinking fest in the am so I know for sure I wont be working overtime lol

 

oops... my vote doesnt count dammit! i voted for the 16th before realizing i wont be back here until 2 am so that wouldnt work for me.

can we do it the following weekend? the 8th is coming up pretty soon here and is kinda short notice. and the other dates a bunch of us will be in miami.

and if anything i say we make it a white elephant cause i hate having to buy something for a specific person. i never know what to get them.

Any rules on what kind of gifts they need to be? Gag gifts, useable gifts ect.

Last year there was no limitations on the type of gifts other than there was an amount limit of like $10 to $15 bucks if I am correct.

I think we all should come up with a limit amount that we all agree on.
