Has anyone installed an Apexi ITC (Ignition Timming Controller)?



Its an old Apexi product, the ITC ignition timming controller allows fine adjustment of the ignition timing, to retard or advance the timing to suit the vehicles state of tune at given RPMs. In between rpm settings...it interpolates and therefore moves the timming curve.

There are still units available around even tho Apexi has stopped making them. Friends of mine here are using the S-AFC and ITC combo on their 4age corollas and have gained a lot with the ITC alone. I was wondering if this will work on the 1nz-fe? I am planning on a camcon and ITC combo for tuning the vios. The camcon to tune the a/f mixture and vvti timming, then the ITC to adjust ignition timming. Not as fine tunable like an emanage or fcon..but atleast you can tweak a/f, vvti and ignition timming.

Is anyone using an ITC here? Does it work on the 1nz-fe?
