Another tC video on youtube...
I found that on youtube:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=gFmKAJd5qnI
And the video says that it's a 2007 Scion tC, but if you look closely at the steering wheel in the beginning you can see that there are no buttons for the radio, therefor it's a 2005. It's not a big deal, but yeah...

what the?? What was that other car... a Camaro? I can't believe the tC can't outturn a giant muscle car like that... should've easily whooped it in the corners...
maybe what they need are suspension upgrades, rather than "more power." That's the call of most of your more "average joe" type muscle car "enthusiasts," which is why they're only good in fake "racing" (aka, in a straight line).
Real enthusiasts go for suspension upgrades too!

It was a old school stang as stated... and had over 300hp with race tires....
In all honesty, they were coming out of the corner way to slow. I think it was a beginers day, practice laps.... is what it looked like.

So it's not really "fake" racing, a race is to get to the finish first/fastest right?
More power is the name of the game for everyone, and suspension will follow suit as after you've added 100+ HP to your car, keeping all that balanced and in control is essential.
And a tC getting it's ___ handed to him by a Camaro sounds about right, especially if it's an SS; but the video said it was a Mustang, which still makes sense. 300 hp will be 160 any day, unless the driver of said 300 hp screws up somehow.
i like his wheel/tire combo

The point was that 300 hp isn't going to help you turn a corner faster.
I didn't mean to offend anyone or make a generalization that all "muscle cars" had no suspension work done... I tried to make that clear in my last post. I don't hate on muscle cars; on the contrary, I can respect them in their own right. It's just when two different worlds of automobile get clashed together that interesting things happen.
Sorry if anyone misunderstood...

No I got ya, just sounded a tad pompous about the tC should have easily outrun a muscle car, no offense taken though.
But it did look like it was their first time, so maybe the driver didn't know how to pass a car properly yet?

Yea I think so as well... almost seemed like some sort of "warm-up" type of lap or something... maybe we'll see something better in the future?
I still do wish there was no music, though! My #1 rule about in-car video is that the only music should be coming from the engine :D
