I was just looking around and found a really nice deal on Kicker 10" Solobaric L7s.

It's being sold at $250 off regular price. I currently have a 10" L5 and think it sounds pretty good. I wouldn't mind the L7, but I'm having reservations about upgrading, then trying to find someone that wants to buy the L5 and all. I think it's a great deal though.

I was planning on eventually upgrading the headunit (again) and trying to go with 5.1 surround. Amps are going to be mandatory for what I want, and a higher powered one is definitely on the list.

 

I know how that goes, the kicker 5 channel is one of the least expensive, but as an audio shop will tell you, kicker isn't the best anymore

 

but I'm probably going to buy a kicker for my 5.1 setup, diamond audio components, and then I'll upgrade the rest once I get the money to deaden the entire car

 

i just got my 15" L7... that is a crazy price for 10" L7's though. If I would have seen that before, might have just got 2 10's instead...

 

before I do the upgrade on my subs I'm going to have to deaden the car, I had my old comps cranked about half and was bouncing the suspension nearly to bottoming out
