does scion offer a 30 day bumper to bumper standard insurance on their new cars?

because i asked the manager and they said they don't but i have a friend who just brought a scion and said he has it.. so confused.

Ive never heard of insurance offered by a car manufacturer.

Did he mean a 30 day buy back guarantee? If you're not satisfied with your car the dealership will take it back from you; however, it usually is a 2 or 3 day period not 30.
