Just want to see how many people would like to join our second meeting which will be probably in 1-2 even 3 weeks .......i am unsure about the date so please tell us what day would it be ok for you and what time........

I am off sat-sun and whenever the meeting is i will be there .........

 

btw i was thinking this time we schould meet where we could grill drink or what so ever.........

suggestion: flour drive that small lake by airport [has a big parking lot and grills are already installed.

I'm pretty sure we'll be able to make it to this one depending on when the actual date is. We've got a vacation tentatively planned too. So we'll have to wait and see... but I'm game for the grill out idea, sounds like fun!

Hey I like how you didn't give a no I won't be attending option. :D Saturdays work best for me but I can make sundays work. I work til noon on the 2nd and 4th sat of each month so if we can plan something on the 1st or 3rd saturday that would be cool or if we did an evening meet on the other saturdays. Of course if more people can make it to a Sunday I'm all for that too. Just remember I've got a 2 hour drive so I can plan accordingly.

as for location, that sounds good I'll have to get mapquest directions to get there but I'll find it.

I have two birthday parties on the 14th. I can't miss either of them.

I work the same saturdays as Roy, but I am free every Sunday.
Maybe we could wait until the 28th. Make it a monthly kind of thing. Just a thought.

Joe, it looks like saturday so far is just you and I. I do think we should get rolling on this sponsorship thing though. If its just you and I representing the club to the dealer, we could at least get things rolling, if others can show up that woudl be great too. so far Josh and Joe can't come, but two of us out of our original 4 to at least nail down details would be good. Anybody else interested in the club could sure show up on Saturday! We wouldn't mind.

as far as an actual meet I'm flexible. If the 14th isn't good we can try for the 28th that gives people a little more time to plan.

 

I plan to roll up to Ames on Friday. I can set some of the ground work for your meeting on Saturday, if you like. If there is anything you would like me to start negotiations on, let me know. I am better for the 28th, and maybe Wilson's would be a good place to have the meeting. We could show off our cars, and hve a meet at the same time. Whaddaya think?(that just came to me)

If it does wind up being a Sunday for the big meeting again and I don't have mine yet, I could probably "borrow" one of our dealership's trac Scions for the meet. They usually need them for Saturdays, though. Pleople like to drive them. Can you imagine?!

maybe we should start a poll, and see what day would work better for everybody. Saturday the 28th or Sunday the 29th. And while Joe and I are in Ames Sat, we could discuss a September meet on a Sat at Wilsons. Set that up far enough out that everyone has a chance to make sure they can be there.

 

That weekend will work perfect for me... either day. So just give me a location and we'll be there!

I can't make this sat. I can make it on Sun 15th, Sun 22nd, of Aug. I have to go see my kids in IL from the 24th-29th of Aug. I really can't wait to meet everyone. Let me know what everyone decides....
