Is this mod pretty much only for the turbo'd or sc'd?

no not really... its for any car that needs more fuel... that is most commonly in the form of a turbo'd or supercharged box, but also a n/a with mods....

you can install this on a stock car, and see no loss is gas mileage, but in a forced induction box, the dyno will prove this fuel rail worth it...

Peter have fun with the install let me know if you need some pointers... If it's like the Perrin an any kind of way you will need to cut the Aluminum Valve cover or grind it for the rail to sit right.. Also have fun seating the injectors... compression fit is a bitc%.. they like to leak fuel if not done just perfect,

A modified fuel rail allows for more fuel to flow to the injectors better.. But it does no good unless you have bigger injectors and/ or some type of ECU managment to tell the injectors to flow more... Then you have to have more air coming in the engine to compinsate for the extra fuel or you will run overly rich.. This mod is good for F/I or heavily built N/A motors with ECU managment.

Do you plan on going F/I or building the engine and staying N/A? If so, then I would say yes this is a mod you should do. If you arent gonna do either then, spend your money on other mods.

Buy a ZPI turbo kit and be a sleeper all day long... No turbo to see in the engine bay.. Only thing that gives that setup away is it's ferocious sound...

FI = Forced Induction which = supercharged/turbocharged
