Default Got my DC Sports axle back installed *PICS*

Bought it from a fellow SL member FusionScion. He cut it up and re-welded it so that it exits straight instead of angeled...I love it.

It has a really nice deep tone. Have had it on for a week or 2 now. My box has been stretching it's RPM range here lately that's for sure.

I'm so low that every speed bump I go over I hear a nice TING from the exhaust scraping...good thing I bought it used lol. Going to have to wait until I get coilovers before I go spending a bunch of money on a new exhaust.

I really want a header now...

it seems to be staying still pretty well. it'll wiggle if I move it with my foot but other than that it's in there pretty good and doesn't rattle to all hell like the glasspack that I used to run on my s10 lol

looks really good. im kinda partial to it though, mostly because i have one. i like them sitting more straight on xb's too, but on an xA i love the angled look, it looks more jdm to me.

I put the DC sports exhaust on my xB. Honestly no power gain to be noticed, but the look and sound are great.

usually you cant tell a couple hp gains... i immediately noticed reduced backpressure, and on the highway it would coast down from 80 to 60 alot slower than with the stocker exhaust...

yeah I definitly noticed the increased backpressure. It honestly feels like its got a little more ***** in the mid rpm range now. Next is a header and a short ram, that should help a little in the HP department. I don't want a race car, just a little more uumph for my box.

dont u mean the decreased backpressure?

and i wouldnt recommend trying to build a racecar... i got caught up in it, and now i have a blown transmission... gunna swap the tc gears and tranny into the xB see what happens..

Yeah I meant to say increased flow...
I hear ya on the racecar thing. I need the box to commute to and from work about 80 miles everyday so I can't have much downtime while working on it...no matter how bad I want to go turbo it's not going to happen for a while.

well if u ever decide to go turbo... invest in a set of stiffer motor mounts and an engine dampener.... the added wheel hop from the power tears the tranny apart... see my car if u dont believe... haha..

enjoy the exhaust man, didnt mean to jack ur thread..
