Default Capacitors?

I was wondering if it was possible to put digital capacitors parrallel? Thanks ahead if anyone can help.

why would you want to do 2 parrallel? if your running 2 amps i'd just hook 1 to each amp or what i did is hooked 3 amps to just 1 cap, works and sounds fine. the caps are made ta hold a charge and let it go when needed, so you'd really only be working off 1 cap, 1 charging the other

Yes you can parallel them if needed.

wouldn't the 1st cap just be charging the 2nd ? maybe i'm lost, hey it happens a lot, lol

i know putting the capacitors in parrallel increases the value, i just wanted to know if you can parrallel digital caps. thank you chadfo.

No, it's not a flowing water effect like you are thinking. Paralleling the capactiors increases the amount of available current to the amplifiers. The amp will pull from all caps at the same time. With today's huge capacitors it's normally not needed.
