Do Springs Settle Unevenly(w/ PIC)
Who did the install? Seems like the passenger rear spring isn't turned fully onto the shock and isn't compressed....
Look how much more compressed the drivers side is as apposed to the passenger side. (CIRCLED IN RED)

good eye...i took them off and had jims tire swap the springs and then i brought it back to my friends house and put them back in. im not sure u think i should take them back to have them recompress them
I'm not sure if it is a matter of recompressing them. I think the problem your having is that the passenger side isn't sitting where it is supposed to on the shock....
those pictures arent really taken at the same height..i just took a gander at the the car and they seem almost the same height maybe just slightly off. Could it be that there is never any weight back there..or even the passenger side of the car for that matter i mean i only weigh 145 so its not that much but still.. any other proposals or fixes
Edit: The hotchkis springs are also have tighter coils towards the bottom so thats kind of what ur seeing

Most of the time they do settle unevenly because of the extra weight the driver adds to his side. It happed to my TRDs where my side “driver side” sagged more than the passenger side. When I put my S-Techs on it made sure it settle evenly by putting a 70lb sand back on the passenger side foot well. It worked but their still was little “not that noticeable” sag on the driver side.
I think that's normal because of the driver's weight. Unless Hotchkis will come up something like:
Spring A - Front Driver
Spring B - Rear Driver
Spring C - Front Passenger
Spring D - Rear Passenger
Springs labeled with different stiffness on each side. But for me, 1/16 of an inch won't hurt the looks of the car. :D
Just put a sub box on the right side of the trunk and 145 lbs weight lifting plates (idk what you really call them
) on the passenger's footwell. I think that'll solve it.

this weekend i am in hope of again taking the rear apart and seeing if the seating is correct compared to the other side. and if that dont work ill just put a 150 pound weight in the back there a few sandbags on the floor or something
my guess would be the same, the spring isn't seated correctly. there's a notch the end of the coil should sit in on the bottom of the shock. This is only the case for the bottom of the coil, the top will sit where it wants in the top of the strut, just make sure the bolts line back up with the top mount.
i was in an accident but it was the driver rear quarter not the passenger. actually i did have a full tank of gas. Im going to take them off this weekend to see if its seated correctly
that a lot of gap that a mis-mounted fender is taking up! dont you think you would notice it in the body lines and the body gaps? aka the gap between the fender and bumper? a small amount of the difference in the gaps might be attributed to the fender not being mounted correctly, but not completely. how severe was the damage in the accident? did it mess with any one the suspension parts? maybe the upper mount of the shock got pushed up into the trunk area a little?
i got t-boned inbetween my door and the quarterpanel..i could just barely open my door..but the panels im pretty sure are on there good...its been on the frame machine atleast 2 times because the body lines are off..which they still are a little which im getting fixed. ive been back and forth with the body shop for like 4 months now mostly cuz of swirls and they cant buff.
