ok....cause when i was just them out on e-bay some places said there was no hole where stock 02 was located, would have to be installed. then some said they're header utlizied the the stock 02 sensor location. looking at the tech section on this site, the pic. w/ the two header laying side by side, it looks like the stock on has a hole right above the collector flange.....just checking......

Here is a pic of 2 aftermarket xB headers.. none of them have a spot for an O2 sensor.. because the O2 sensors are on the down pipe before and after the cat.. So no worries at all.

I beleive there is a website that shows what stuff for the xB is CARB approved.. Past that I dont really know if it is smog legal.. FL doesnt have any kind of testing.

The only company that has a CARB legal header for the xB is DC. If you are concerned about being CARB legal, that is your only option. There is no way you can find any of the typical cheapy ebay headers that are CARB legal. None of those companies are willing to spend the money to get a CARB EO.

got header on friday morning.....instanly found great difrrence at 4000 rpm w/ stock filter box. pulled HARD. Very happy. Now sat. morning....attempted to install Bomz cai system...nothing went right....mounting bushings fell aprt upon install like they were dry rotted or something....coupler on tb side is too big for tube and tb. decided to quit and put back stock air box. Got up sunday morning and tried again..after gluing mounts back together w/ gorrila glue ( good stuff )...got system installed..not happy...both mounting points did not line up, but w/ system in my son and I went on a test drive.....NO bottom end at all but once you get going the rpm's shoot up quickly and engine pulls hard. In closing, I'm undecided about what to do w/ intake. Either use a K&N drop in w/ stock box or a Fujita short ram from p-tuning. still need to get an exhaust, leaning towards the TRD system or tanabe which I can get from p-tuning as well. M y bomz cai intake sounds awsome....just to embarrased to open hood to show anyone the looks of it
