I've heard a lot of complaining about AC. My friend has an ECHO, and I think the AC gets too cold sometimes. Do they have the same system? Is it just because the xB has a larger interior? Or am I just a freak with very thin blood?

i haven't had any problem with my AC. one time when i had the air on cold, it was too cold and a misty smoke came out of the vents. weird

toyota ac systems should hit 40 degrees no problem. Put a temp gauge up to the vent for about 2 min. if it can't hit that it needs some looking into

The AC seems a tad weak in my xA...my solution is... start the car, turn the fan on high, AC on, then put the windows all down... Get out of my driveway, ...go to the stop sign...turn... turn again, put the front windows up...go about 50 yards and then roll up the back windows...takes a little less than a minute to get at a good temp...

I wonder if there's a correlation between complaints of weak AC and paint color.
