It said they were not sure if it would work with airbags but does anyone have any experience, or any tips on not to do it. I could imagine this wouldn't be a good idea to do with all the wiring to hide away aswell.

Wouldn't work. If the airbags deployed you would have a mess of gauges flying at your head!

Actually nope, your wrong...
The airbag is not located in the A pillar. The airbag deplays from where the "oh sh!t* bar is located above your head. It would not make sense to have an airbag come out of the A pillar when you have one coming at you from the steering wheel.
The 3 pod gauge pillar will work if you have SRS airbags. When installing tho, you need to be careful not to puncture the line for the airbag which is located in the A pillar.

How do you get the a-pillar off if you have SRS airbags. I couldnt do it for the life of me. The top clip comes out only 3/4 of an inch or so and wont pop off. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hey man.
I put gauges on mine.... The airbag actually DOES extend into the A-pillar... only few inches, but it does.
You can pull down the rubber door grommet (goes around the whole door). Pull on the a-pillar.... it just takes a LOT of force.

Why would you put your gauges on the passenger side?

Why would you put your gauges on the passenger side?
The airbag is the same on both sides, so you can just flip it horizontally. I was just showing you the positioning of the airbag.
