okay guys i have a dilemma, i have about 900.00 burning a hole in my pocket. i have looked at all the parts on this website and many others and have no idea what to order. i definately am gonna get some springs either the goldlines or the s-techs but thats less than 200.00 ill still have plenty of money to burn. any suggestions would help alot, keep in mind my xb has othing on it just a system and thats it. thanks guys.

Wheels? Exhaust? Intake? Grille? Maybe a new hood...etc etc...

well, the wheels im going to wait on because they are unaffordable right now. maybe an intake or exhaust or both. i really am not a good decision maker, especially when it comes to spending money. i dont want to impule order and then end up dissapointed with what i got. thanks for the suggestions tho.

Why are wheels unaffordable? You could find a pretty nice set for 900 with tires. But if you wanted more mods I would go springs, exhaust, intake, and then another little mod like a grille or tint. Maybe even a LED kit if your into that.

if i could find a nice set of wheels and tires that i really liked i would jump on it in a sec, but i havent. i really want some tenzo-r mean 6's or somthin similar to that in an 18, but all the wheel/tire pakages are like 1200.00 and above. for now ill probably go with as many mods as i can afford with this money. the led's you are referring to are under car, right? if so i havent seen them in person, how are they compared to neons?

If it were me, I'd definitely put wheels high on the priority list, certainly ahead of springs. Lowering springs on a stock box, with those 15" steel wheels and hubcaps, just doesn't work. If you're going to do that, just get those "spinner" hubcaps that simulate bigger wheels, lol...

Seriously though, there are some good deals out there on 17" or 18" wheels and tires. It's amazing what a nice set of wheels will do to a car. The box is pretty cool as it is, and a nice set of wheels would really set it off, more so than just springs.

But if wheels are absolutely out of the running, then I'd go with springs, CAI, front STB, and exhaust. Or maybe springs and a DVD system with a drop-down monitor?

For 900 you can get quite a few things... If you are installing ayourself you would save quite some money..

Performance

Intake 150
Axle-back 270
Springs 160
Strut Bar 80
headers 200
Ground Wire 40

Total 900

Thse are the cheapest prices for the average product...you can actually get these many things.... And i think it would me more fun to have all these than a single DVD player/monitor in the car.. it will accent your engine bay as well and also make your handling way much better and performance increase pretty good..

...shoulda been payin' attention. I just sold a DC Sports header to "xB ey" for under $200. Most everyone acted like I was giving out plague virus for high dollar. That was the only one had (sorry) - bought 2 for a good price and passed my extra on for the same I paid for it.

Point is, just look around - keep an eye on eBay, group buys etc.

This is where I'm starting:

http://www.hotchkistuning.com/cgi-bin/EDCstore.pl?user_action=detail&catalogno=80412-1

I trust Hotchkis to put together a compatible, well made and excellent preforming package. They say the front sway bar is a _____ to install, though.

I'd hold onto the remaining $540, save it toward intake and exhaust. Remember, breathing in better isn't worth much unless you can breathe out better too -- and vice versa.

Or I'd blow it on audio.

hey!...

No problem...

The Dc headers I found cheapest was on ptuning

Use this code: pthondabeat.. it will give you 5 percent off at checkout..

This will end up at 213.... which is close to 200 since you get free shipping...

All different parts has different places for the cheapest prices.. so dont expect one place that has the cheapest exhaust.. to have the cheapest intake.. so keep looking

tell us what you are getting with the 900 bucks.. thanks.

Dam right! Bill is da man!!! You all need to make sure that you see Bill for an alarm system. And if 900.00 is burning a hole in your pocket, you need to visit another website. www.precisionmuffler.com :D
