I SAW MANY TURBO SETUP
WHERE CAN I PUT THE BLOW OFF VALVE
NEAR TO THE THROTTLEBODY OR OTHER PLACE CAN PUT
AND THE FLOWMETER GOES ON THE THROTTLE OR ON THE INTAKE TURBO

You can put the blow off valve anywhere you want on the charge pipe after the turbo.. Most people put theres a little before the Throttle body, mine was welded onto the Intercooler, you could even do it before the intercooler.

Im not sure what you mean by the flowmeter... maybe you can clarify what exactly it is you are talking about.. maybe the MAF sensor??

 

you want to make sure its befor the MAF if its after the car will want to die alot because its reading the air and adjuasting the air fuel ratio and then when the bov lets the air out it will make the car super rich.

 

My BOV was before the MAF... My MAF was in the stock location right before the TB.. But there are kits out there.. That the MAF is on the intake pipe before the turbo... So the BOV is after the MAF.. I totaly agree with what your saying thou.. Just thought I would through that out about some kits having the BOV after the MAF.. alot like the tC turbo kits.
