Default Help with dyno.

Ok, first off, I did a search in possibly anything you can think of (xA manual, Alldata, OnDemand5, and a few forums,) but I can't find my answer. Also, i'm pretty sure this is the right section.

Anyways, I can't find where I tie down the front of the car to run on the dyno at school. My instructor said that he doesn't recommend securing it to the lower control arm, but that looks like the only thing I can put the chains around. I want to dyno my car really bad, and I need to know by tomorrow.

Thanks in advance.

Try using the tow hooks.

Someone mentioned somthing about my tow hook, but I don't know about that because it's off to one side.

tie it around the lower control arms in the front, below the cv axle. make sure its cross tied as well. that means 4 tie downs, 2 straight ahead and 2 that make the X and be sure to hold that wheel it likes to pull to the left. Ive had my car on the dyno and it works hell its the only way it works. as for the rear you have to go around the middle section of the rear suspension, next to the sections that attach the rear end to the car. it looks like it might mess something up but it doesnt. I put down 91hp/98lbft, bone stock. so that might give you an idea of what ur car is doing
