Anyone else watching tbs's 24 hours of 'A Christmas Story'? For some reason I watched a good 16 hrs of it last year...I'm gonna try an' take it easy this year.

I wish they'd start having 24 hours of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation instead of A Christmas Story. Maybe next year. :)

I've seen that on like five or six times in the last three days...it's a start.

I was reading an article about Christmas movies on TV.

It used to be "It's a Wonderful Life" was the movie you would see a lot of. But some movie company bought the rights and now if you want to show it, you have to pay.

But as long as Ted Turner has the rights to "A Christmas Story", we can expect to enjoy it every year. Over and over and over....

I must admit, I am guilty of walking up to my kids anytime during the year with a silly grin saying "I like Santa, I like the Tin Man!."

I watched a good three or four runs of it this year. I'm usually glued to the TV and watch it over and over, but I'm getting sluggish on watching them haha. Favorite scene is still the part where Ralphie is beating up Scott Farkus and Ralphie is just speaking in tongues as he's swinging away at the guy.

24 hours of Elf or the first two Home Alone movies wouldn't be too bad, either.

Ahh the classics......super awesome movie, however, Badder Santa is the best. Although, for regular tv it would probably have mass suckage ;)
