I noticed that my springs/shocks on the front driver side are a 1/4 of an inch lower than the other springs/shocks.
What's wrong or is this normal since I'm almost always the only one in the box.
:?:
If this is an obvious problem then don't mind me since I'm not a mechanic.

Your xB should be lowered 1.7 inches in the front and 1.5 in the rear. So you should notice that the front is lowered more than the rear. But there shouldn't be a difference from left to right.

Make sure you are on a very flat surface when measuring. Even a slight incline will show in the height of the suspension. Also, how long ago did you install the springs? Perhaps on side "settled" faster then the other.

The front driver side is a 1/4 of an inch lower than the front passenger side. Thus making the car look weird and lopsided.

It was installed on Sunday, August 1, 2004.

hmmm.. maybe the higher spring got twisted around so it's not in it's seat? Try pulling the wheel and taking a look.

the same thing happened to me with my previous vehicle, when i lowered it the spring wasnt set properly and the truck looked lopsided. try adjusting your springs and make sure they are set right in the strut.
