I met some cool people on the Miami trip from the area and, being a Portland n00b, I wouldn't mind meeting a few more folks in the area to kick it with, go on drives, tweak rides, etc. I'd be down for anything organized by a group or just a bunch of scion-heads getting together for whatever.

there are meets in Beaverton on the 3rd Saturday of every month. I might try to make it to the next one. I'm not sure if there are meets on the east side (Gladstone, Lake Oswego, etc)

Yeah, don't know of anything other then the regular m&g's going on this time of year, could try to get something going after the first of the year, busy here at work most weekends anymore. We need to get a miami survivor gtg going, sit around a pitcher or two of beer and see what we all remember, lol.

JAN 6th!!!!! team ascension meet at 5 pm at steakburger golf o rama in vancouver on highway 99. and if you just gotta do something before then this weekend i am gonna be doin some installs with dustin from tacoma in my garage in vancouver... you are welcome to come kick it hang/help out and get pasted with us afterwards... the more the merrier... i think we got a stereo to do in my tC and possibly coilovers to a xA. and maybe some exhaust on a tC too. if your interested in that then send me a pm and i'll give you more info. otherwise... jan 6th 5pm... and there is supposed to be the rest of the scion people showing up there for there regular meets at 6... we, team ascension, will be there at 5.

Yup, Jan 6th is the next M&G scheduled for the Portland area. If you're new to the area just check out the team ascension post further down for the address, it's about a 45ish min drive from the Portland area tops.

oh yeah and sorta off topic but equally important... i am officially open to help people do mods... i got a 15 gallon air compressor for x-mas... max psi 250... and i have all the tools cause frankly its what i do... if you need something mechanical done i have prolly either done it or could figure it out in an hour or two... all i need is at least a few days notice so i can read up and gather tools im gonna need from work. so yeah... pm if you need anything and are in the area... or even if your not in the area and are just desperate...

p.s. i might also add a brake upgrade to this weekends list... depending on how much time we have and how "overnight" overnight shipping really is.

iamtheduff... I missed all instances of people being dropped in the pool. Though I did see a lot of pool stuff, some of which could of been video taped and sold on the internet, lol.

The Portland area meets have been on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays for a very long time. 6pm at the Steakburger on the 6th of January is the next one. 5pm is when the club ascension meeting is being held at the same location.

I will have to see about making this meet, steakburger is a great place to hang and they have good food, plus mini golf, fore!

its TEAM ascension... and the only reason we put ours in the same place as the other meet is so that we could handle our stuff (as a team) before everyone else got there and then we would still be contributing to the scion community... its very important to me and to TEAM Ascension that we continue to make a contribution to the community.

Team... Club... Clan... Cult... Group... all the same to me.

We are at the Rock Creek Tavern after the meet 'n greet on the 6th. I will probably be going straight there from steakburger.

Cool, I may have to work that night, graveyard shift, if I don't work a double shift that is. Want to make the steakburger meet and if I don't get a job that night, I would love to come out to check it out for a set or two but no drinky for me, too far to drive.

Well, we are there the first Saturday night every month until may. There are some other shows coming up too.

Friday the 5th at the White Eagle. And the 27th back at the White eagle. I don't know the date yet but I heard we were playing in Bend in Feb. and someone at the newyears show wants to book us in hood river.
