Sucks man! Get a bB emblem to replace it. They're cheaper @ ssuperstore.com so look there if you'd like to replace it.

Is this just a Cali thing with people stealing emblems? Also . . . why would someone go out of their way to take a Scion emblem?

wow that's so whack.
i think i lost my bB emblem a couple weeks ago, so i had to order a new one. get a bB, not a scion, emblem, it will make you so much happier. also for the rear, since it's basically halfway off, might as well take it all off. makes for a very clean rear hatch.

Remember back in the 80's when everyone kept stealing Caddilac emblems? My grandfather had 1/4 inch spikes inder the "crescent leaves" LMFAO.....so when someone would go to yank it......bye bye finger flesh.

Thanks for the words guys, The dirt thing is that I am up in Canada in the Ottawa, area.... Loads of crap on the roads and tons of salt and sand... so the car has been dirty. Trust me... I love to was my XB..

Tonight I jumped to the punchline and just took off the SCION and XB emblems in the back.... and will just get a cheap BB for the front I guess... THey had the SCION in the back a little pulled up... so I just took that and the XB off so that they cant come back to finish it.

It seems odd to most, but in my part of Canada there are maby like 5 XB's for a population of 1million. and all the rest of the XB's are 5h drive away in Toronto. Some kids just took it cause it was different.

Pesky kids! Seems like you can't have anything nice without someone trying to F it up. If you replace the front bB with another one you could make it harder to remove by wedging a short piece of wood between the release tabs. Shame you'd have to tho.

It's all the kids who can't drive yet... I bet you it's those kinds of kids...

Well in Canada they don't sell Xb's right. So people want your ultra cool scion badges.

Lots of folks have NO respect for the property of others or the hard work we do to get what we have. These same folks DEMAND we respect them and their property. I know it is not much consolation...but what goes around comes around...and they will get theirs.....problem is we are not there, most of the time, to see it happen. Karma will get them.....

also, if you're looking to get the scion front badge, keep an eye on ebay, and also the classifieds here, usually not too hard to find a whole grille if you keep at it.

Go figure, I am gettin razzed on my local msg board ..... some one put a SCION badge for sale in the Classifieds just shortly after my posting about the theaft and information on the location/time of night and all that. Majority where saying they felt bad and cursing stupid kids.... but unfortunitaly alot of people on local boards dont have much tact for this stuff. Im starting to think people are Jeleaous. Just with the way people have been dealin with me after getting the XB. I have been in our local "scene" for going over 6years now. So its not like im getting noobie initiation.

polar white looks absolutely gorgeous debaged. i debaged my white box recently but i've been lucky that no one fux with it. the scion emblem on the front grill was replaced with a christmas bow for now... ;] i think im gonna leave the emblem off - i dig the domokun look alike.

In a way im kinda happy that atleast they didnt bust up the car trying to get it off... so I guess its kinda good that way...

No kidding - and great attitude, by the way!
On top of that, at least its an easy fix.

I got a new grill to replace the one with the hole in it.

Its hard to have the billet grills look right in pics I find... sumthin to do with the reflection in the chrome strips ...
