I have a 2005 with keyless entry and alarm (stock). When I start the car the doors lock, and when I turn it off the drivers door unlocks. When I set the alarm I get the flashing lights, and then 30 seconds later a faint beep of the horn.

1. Are they all set up this way?
2. Is there a document on programing the various functions?

My doors dont lock when I start my car.....somone has themselves an alarm with a mind of its own :roll:

I would call your local dealer and see if there is a way to progam it.

Mine work the same way.
When I set the alarm I get the flashing lights, and then 30 seconds later a faint beep of the horn.
I get a quick headlight flash.

my xb's security was installed by the dealer and it doesn't lock automatically, or ever "beep" to confim.

if i use the panic button it starts honking, but only then.

if anyone knows how to program it please reply in this string.
