I was at walmart and i almost got the scosche ta021, but i remember i needed teh ta02. so should i go return this?

question on wiring. i'm installing an alpine headunit. In the manual it says Illumination Lead Orange

"This lead may be connected to the vehicle's instrument cluster illumination lead. this will allow the backlighting of the headunit to dim whenver the vehicle's lights are turned on"
This metra kit has Illumination listed as orange and Dimmer listed as orange/white. But the actual kit has an orange/white and an orange/black, no regular orange. Which one do i hook up the alpines orange illumination lead to?

just try it i say. im not as familiar with alpines, but just try it.. its not that big of a diff imo. ive seen some set ups that dont even use it. . but just try it :)
