Those are custom painted stock tail lamps. You can either do them yourself (link (http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=20761)), get overlays, or get them done by a paint shop... I know Nish paints them...but he's in California...and I don't know if he has tail lamps laying around...

i can make them in vinyl.
